Mike Abdalla

Mike A. Abdalla :


Mike Abdalla's background includes extensive financial and commodity experience with three fortune 500 companies. At a young age he held high level managerial and executive positions that started as Manager of Commodity sales at Commonwealth Edison in Chicago, Vice President of North East Operations at Williams Energy, and Vice President of Mid West Marketing at Cinergy Corp. In his role as an executive, Mike generated over $180 million in net profits for the companies. He also was one of the leaders in establishing the Electricity commodity market in the United States.

Mike entered the real estate market in 2003 as the Chairman of Q Reality Group. In 2005 Mike and his brothers founded Magna Properties Inc. and now is one of the largest real estate companies in Indiana. Mike served on the board of trustees of numerous North American Reliability Councils that covered the eastern half of the United States. Mike Leads a talented and experienced staff of over 150 employees as President of Magna Properties Inc., Triangle Associates Inc. Mike graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelors of Science Degree in electrical engineering in 1988 and completed the Executive Finance Program at the University of Texas in Austin in 1997. Mike has also attended numerous executive and financial training seminars at Princeton, Northwestern University, Lewis University, and the University of Chicago.

Ron Mora :

Controller, CPA

Ron Mora's responsibilities include managing and monitoring all accounting functions, financial reporting, financial analysis and investor/lender relations. Prior to joining Magna Properties, Ron held various financial positions with Simon Property Group, Buckingham Properties, and Aimco. Ron's extensive financial back ground includes working with companies in the real estate industry in both privately held and publicly traded companies. Ron received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana University and his MBA with a finance emphasis from Anderson University.

Doug Holik :

Director of Information Technology and Human Resources

Doug has been with Magna Properties since 2005 and is in charge of both the information technology and human resources departments. Doug has over a decade of experience in IT from both a corporate environment and his own I.T. consulting company. Doug also has years of experience in human resources and oversees all human resources issues and systems.

Doug is responsible for managing all of Magna's information technology needs including administering the Yardi property management software and our Human Resources databases. Doug is also a Certified Apartment Manager and a certified Assisted Housing Manager and assists in managing numerous other aspects of Magna Properties' portfolio.

Shannon Burdick :

Regional Manager

Shannon has over a decade of experience in property management, overseeing a variety of asset types including multi-family, industrial, commercial, retail, and manufactured housing communities.

Shannon is responsible for the daily operations at all of Magna Properties' communities. Shannon has a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer sciences specializing in Residential Property Management, with a minor in Business Management and is a licensed Indiana Real Estate Broker. Shannon specializes in training and team development, using her experiences to assist in organizing, developing, and implementing operational procedures.
